Registration for 4 or more weeks is at a fixed price.

There will be no refund or credit for missed group classes. 

Any private 1-1 tutoring sessions that have been decided on outside of the summer program classes’ duration or dates will continue as normal. 

If the 1-1 lesson is canceled less than two hours before said lesson, the student will be charged 50% of the planned lesson time’s fee. If no notice or less than an hour's notice is given, the student will be charged for the entire lesson.

If you need to cancel with less than a 24 hours' notice, you can have one free make-up 1-1 lesson if the director determines that one can be scheduled at the time of request. No refunds will be made for amounts that are paid in full for the proposed schedule of lessons detailed above. Credit for lessons that are missed and do not violate the above standards for communicating cancellation to Coeus Prep will be honored, as long as they are to be used within six months time.
